This license covers software and other data resources, referred to as the Project.

This license covers both compiled or source code distributions of this Project.

If you have a compiled version of the Project, then you agree to not de-compile
or in any way reverse engineer the code.

You need a valid license to use this KnowledgeBook.com Project. If you can not use the
terms of the "KnowledgeBooks.com Royalty Free License", you can negotiate with Mark
Watson financial license terms for the use of this License (KnowledgeBooks.com
Commercial Use License). Commercial use licenses are of two types:

  i)  Compiled version of the Project license: use in web portals and internal IT
      systems where you do not distribute the compiled code, or data from the Project.

  i)  Source code version of the Project license: use in web portals and internal IT
      systems where you do not distribute the source code, compiled code, or data from the Project.

  ii) Use as part of another product that is re-sold. You can only distribute
      compiled code from this project under a license that protects this Project's
      data and code from reverse engineering by using Java byte code obfuscation.

Financial terms are negotiable depending on use. The following are non-binding
example costs for commercial licensing:

  i)   Small organization using Project in an internal or public web portal (no source code) ($100)

  ii)  Small organization using Project in an internal or public web portal (source code) ($300)

  iii) Large organization using Project in an internal or public web portal (no source code) ($200)

  iv)  Large organization using Project in an internal or public web portal (source code) ($600)

  v)   Use as compiled-only code in a redistributed commercial product ($1000)

Software is used as-is. Mark Watson is available as a consultant to modify the
software, fix bugs, and integrate the Project software with other customer supplied
software and data processing systems.

You should evaluate the "free for non-commercial use" licensed software before purchasing
a commercial use license.

THE PROJECT IS PROVIDED "AS IS."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MARK WATSON DOES NOT MAKE, AND HEREBY
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, CONCERNING
THE SOFTWARE OR ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS LICENSE.  SPECIFICALLY, BUT WITHOUT LIMITING
THE FOREGOING, LICENSOR MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, QUALITY, USEFULNESS, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE TO
YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIM UNDER ANY TORT, CONTRACT,
STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER THEORY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID KNOWLEDGEBOOKS.COM FOR THIS LICENSE.
